As a young boy, I spent many hours “helping” my grandfather as he would cane chairs and restore furniture. Thirty years later I rekindled my love for helping him by providing chair caning, seat weaving, and minor restoration services of my own. Located in Douglasville, GA, just west of Atlanta, I hope to bring new life to beloved family heirlooms or to that great piece you found at an antique store that just needs a little care.

Home based caner, serving Marietta, Georgia and Highlands, North Carolina.  Caning experience in: Hole to hole, pre-woven, fiber rush, binder cane, re-gluing and some repair.  Self taught and enjoy the retired hobby.  I also have connections with stripper/refinishers and wood workers who can do master repairs and restorations.  Reasonable prices with timely delivery.
