Natural and Real Rush can be substituted for genuine cattail rush. Both are the same, Natural rush comes in 2 lb coils on a shuttle in size 5/32 and 7/32, Real Rush comes in a 1 lb coil and is size 6/32. These are hand twisted and will vary in width throughout the coil.
